WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW TO MAKE A RETURN?


Return conditions

For your return to be validated, it is essential to respect all of these conditions:

  • Make your return within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your package.
  • Make sure to return the package in its original packaging .
  • Make sure items are new, with tags, unworn and odorless .
  • Please remember to include any gifts or extras , otherwise your return request will not be accepted.

Please note: Please note that if any of the conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted. In this case, no refund will be made and you will be charged for returning the package to your home.


Steps to follow

Before you begin the return process, take the time to familiarize yourself with the following steps:

  1. Download the return slip
  2. Fill out the form carefully : indicate your name, first name and order number
  3. Slip the form into the package along with the invoice
  4. Obtain a shipping slip from the post office website or directly from the post office (this is the buyer's responsibility)
  5. Drop off your package and track its progress

Note:

  • Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of your package, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Once the refund is made, the transfer can take between 7 and 30 days depending on the payment method and your banking institution.

What are the delivery times for my orders?

Our orders are shipped every day, except Sundays and public holidays. Standard delivery times in Switzerland are 2 to 3 working days. For international deliveries, please allow up to 14 working days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can easily track the delivery of your package. Make sure that the email address used is correct and up to date.

To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
